THE ERIC BRYCE QUARTET One of Australia's most experienced and innovative Jazz Pianists, Eric Bryce Hails from Adelaide where he performed with The A.B.C Dance Band and leading jazz musicians such as Don Burrows. Eric is also a leading Composer and arranger and has written musical works for Adelaide Symphony Orchestra. Eric Bryce now resides in Wollongong, NSW and is in great demand both in Sydney and on the South Coast. Eric will be performing with The Hacienda Band at the 2003 - Dubbo Jazz Festival.

The Hacienda swing Band - Afro Cuban, Latin. with Flute, and Brazilian percussion or as a fabulous mainstream Jazz Band. Can be either 5, 6 or 7 piece

The Hacienda Jazz Band was originally made up of members of radio - 4BH show band, in Brisbane in the early 1970's. The band played at a hotel in the valley area of Brisbane called the " Hacienda ", Hence the name. The Hacienda performed at many sporting and promotional events, and also at the Brisbane Festival Hall, where they played with touring jazz groups such as the Dutch Swing College Band, Sarah Vaughan, Peter Allen, Col Joye, John Farnam and Johnny O'keefe. The band broke up when the leader Les Crosby moved to Sydney in the mid 1970's. However the band had re union at the Brisbane Jazz Festival in May -2000 and since then has been reformed in Sydney by Les Crosby. The Hacienda now plays regularly at the Soup Plus Restaurant in Sydney plus at numerous clubs in Sydney and on the South Coast. In 2002 they made a successful tour of New Zealand and were the feature band at the Napier Art Deco Festival and the Rotorua Jazz Festival. The current personnel are Les Crosby Vocals, Trumpet and Flugel horn, Alan English, Clarinet and Saxophone, Clem McNamarra, Trombone and Vocals, Eric Bryce, Keyboard, Mike Walsh, Acoustic Bass and Vocals, and alternative Drummers, Max Henderson and Nerille Conners. In addition when the band is performing their Latin Shows, they add the services of Stan Chobinoff on Congo Drums and Percussion. The band has two CD Albums available for purchase. " Hacienda in Concert " and " Jazz at the Courthouse ". Recorded at the Old Berry (NSW) Courthouse.

The Abbey Jazz Band - Great Dixie/ trad Style Jazz from the 20's to mainstream 70's . Well known Good Fun Band similar to The Temperance Seven.

The Abbey jazz band - " One of the most popular jazz groups in Sydney, The Abbey Jazz Band dates back to the early 1970's, and was originally made up of staff members of the "Fun" music style of the group has continued specialising in jazz tunes from the 1920's to the 1970's. Along similar lines to the temperance seven orchestra. However the collective musicianship allows the band to perform any jazz style. Over the years The Abbey has recorded a number of albums and has the distinction of being the only jazz band " in the world" to have performed on board a Quanta's Jumbo jet to take tourists on a thirteen hour non stop flight over Antarctica each New Years Eve. The Abbey is booked to entertain the guests on board. This year the band will be releasing a new CD titled " The Abbey Hot Jazz Over Cool Ice " This album should be available towards the end of the year.

Trill-ogy Plus - Great mainstream Band can be 4 or 5 piece with trumpet

Trillogy Plus - Based in Nawra, NSW Trillogy Plus is headed by Max henderson, Drums Eric Bryce, Piano, Mike Walsh, Double Bass, and Peter O'Grady, Tenor Saxophone. The band performs every second Sunday afternoon at the Promenade Cafe, Huskisson, NSW.
